A variety of winter squash that are very sweet. Fruit are 8 inches long, cream coloured and cylindrical with a flavour similar to sweet potato. An excellent variety for winter storage.

Growing Instructions:
Germinates best between 29-35°C in moist soil.
Plant Spacing : 12-18" apart. Row Spacing: 24-36" apart.
Benefits from loose, well-drained soil with plenty of organic matter and nitrogen. From Transplant: Sow seed ½ inch deep indoors 3-4 weeks before last frost. Harden off plants by reducing temperatures and water. Plant outdoors when danger of frost has passed. Direct Seed: one week after risk of frost has passed.
